Linking

You can use interwiki linking when linking to pages on Wikipedia or IMDB. The syntax is as follows:

[[wp>A Woman Redeemed]]

creates this link:

A Woman Redeemed

Likewise, this syntax:

[[imdbtit>tt0080801]]

creates this link:

tt0080801

Note: Interwiki links are automatically configured to open in a new tab.

If the link does not have a satisfactory title, you can always use a pipe to add one. For example, this syntax:

[[imdbtit>tt0080801 | The Gods Must Be Crazy]]

produces this link:

The Gods Must Be Crazy

In Dokuwiki, you can create italics using two forward slashes. Because of the nature of Dokuwiki, those slashes must go outside the link markup:

//[[imdbtit>tt0080801 | The Gods Must Be Crazy]]//
